Dr. Doug Wilson
Senior Pastor
Dr. Wilson is no stranger to Moffett Road. He previously served as interim in 2013. Brother Doug is married to Kim, and they are parents and grandparents. He came to faith in Christ as a college student, and answered the call to ministry shortly thereafter. He is an alumnus of Toccoa Falls College (Church Music) and seminary training in pastoral ministry and a PhD in Old Testament studies. He has taught Biblical Studies at the University of Mobile since 2003, and as a dean since 2012. He is also currently serving as a Bible translator for the New Tyndale Version.
Landon Owen
Interim Worship Director
Landon Owen is from Sylacauga, AL, and graduated from the University of Mobile with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Intercultural Studies. He is currently working on his Masters of Science in Leadership and Communication from the University of Mobile. Landon is also the Coordinator of Student Activities at UM. Landon is married to Michaella.
Kim Wilson
International Language School Director
Kim was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and grew up in Florida and North Carolina. She has a passion for teaching English and helping international students acclimate to life in the United States. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Mobile in Leadership and Cultural Studies and a master's degree in education from the University of South Alabama in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). She is married to MRBC's senior pastor, Dr. Doug Wilson.
